沙印集团创建于1976年，前身是张家港市沙洲纺织印染进出口有限公司。经过沙印人艰苦的努力和社会各界的关心支持，企业已从当初6万元贷款起家的作坊式企业发展到拥有总资产5.12亿元，职工3000余名，厂区占地面积50多万平方米，集纺织、印染、服装生产于一体的大型规模企业。公司主要生产经营产品有：全棉、全棉绒布、人棉、涤棉和散纤维的印染。产品更有95%以上出口，畅销80多个和地区，年自营出品超过1亿美元。
